My son asked for a coke and paid, then he realized they didn’t have coke so he asked for a refund. The guy charged him again then gave him a refund on what he just charged him. I went in and showed him I was charged twice and refunded once. He showed me the receipt for the refund. Each time I persisted about the second charge and he would look at me and shrug. Asked for the manager and he claimed he was the manager Not sure what he did later but now I’m only showing one charge for the drink and no refund. I now have to call the cc company and get them to do something about it. Save yourself the aggravation and eat somewhere else.

I’ve been here a few times. First time, I went, the cashier was talking down to her employees and told them that they were just gonna have to deal when they were asking a question. Asked for dark meat only, was told, “Well someone forgot to put white meat out so you don’t have to ask now.” Like we were supposed to already know?? Wrote it off as a bad day. Went back again the next day, the service was still quite rude. I asked for mac and cheese, and she said “Well, you are not allowed to switch anything out.” Saying that is neither here nor there, but I did not like her attitude. She seemed to just reply in an abrupt and rude manner. I don’t think I will be coming back again.

ZERO stars. Wanted Nashville hot tenders. Out of everything except popcorn chicken and regular chicken. Cashier stared at me incompetently when I asked for popcorn chicken with the Nashville hot sauce on it. Told me no they can’t do that. Started to get a line behind us, and none of the other workers behind him bothered to help. I suggested that maybe they give me a small cup on the side of the Nashville hot sauce so I could dip the popcorn chicken. Cashier walked to the back to the other two employees who were just standing there watching the line build up, asked them if they could accommodate my request. They told him no. The cashier came back and just stood there and stared at us and didn’t say anything until we spoke first. We ended up walking away without getting anything. Regardless of the moronic attitude and inability to fill a simple request…the bozos working in the back should have stepped up and helped their cashier as he stood there with a line of people accruing. Not to mention, there should have been an option of something as a resolution. Since they obviously weren’t trained in customer service…I shouldn’t be surprised.

I waited 20 min to get to the cashier, ordered, I was paying with a giftcard, I swiped it 3 times, then the cashier tried 3 times, got her manager and he tried 2 times before attempting to type in the code on the back. He typed in the first code and NOT the pin under the scratch off!!! I asked him if he put the scratch off pin in and he said “yes” even thought the scratch off wasnt touched. Im sure i would have enjoyed the food if I was able to order it, overall terrible service and under trained employees who dont even understand how to use a gift card. If you stop at this KFC please consider bringing cash because God forbid you use anything else to buy food.

Rude customer service!! Sandra was rude! Went to take my order while yelling for a friend in the oasis lobby. Then when i asked To repeat my order was she gave me attitude and had a completely wrong order. Listen Sandra, keep your attitude and your food! And if you don’t like your job find another one because customers don’t deserve your attitude. They are paying customers after all, not like you are giving them free food for them to tolerate your ignorant attitude. Por eso no nos quieren aquí. Por gente como tu.
