Service was quick and very friendly at a busy Saturday lunchtime. Ordered two plates, one with chow mein, broccoli beef, and honey walnut shrimp, and the other with steamed rice, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. Portions were generous and everything was great; honey walnut shrimp was the best we’ve had at any Panda Express location.

First time to order at Panda Express, paid delivery and tip to the driver, (grubhub) one order was missing I called they said they cant deliver! Im so upset, lady said I need to pick it up, the girl “ko” said she forgot the other order, grrrr… when we came to pick it up, we showed the receipt, an she hand over the other order with a small container of orange chicken to “compensate” their poor service!!!!

My first interaction with this restaurant was great but the portion sizes were really good and service was fast two days later I revisited and had the opposite reaction. I ordered the bowl with the honey sesame chicken and super greens. They only gave me three pieces of chicken, which was disappointing, considering how much I paid for my meal. I tried calling several times, but could not get anyone to answer the phone.

I was disappointed on this visit. I did an online order and had an expected pick up time. I arrived at the pick-up time, but the order had not even been taken from the printer to be boxed. When I told them I was there for my order, they finally started boxing, but then told me it would be extra time, as one of my entrees needed to be cooked. I was on a tight window of needing to leave, so I was that the majority of the order had not been boxed by the promised time. Having to wait an extra 10-15 minutes with no offer of something small like a drink while waiting or an apology for the order not being ready when promised is something was a let down.

I only stopped here a few times but everytime I do the food is hot and fresh. It all looks so good it’s really hard to choose. My favorite is the chicken and broccoli. I highly recommend you stop and try it.

Terrible food and service lately. Make sure to dine in if you eat here so you can see what you are being served. If you go through the drive thru or order on the app you’ll receive skimpy portions, wrong orders and under cooked food. This has happened to us on more than one occasion as well as other family members. When you call the staff will tell you basically your lying or there nothing they can. Today was the last straw for me will not be coming back.
