Found this by chance when we were visiting Aurora. The tortas are 100% AUTHENTIC and delicious. I ate 1 torta on site (house’s patio), then a second one! And finally we took 2 to go which I will have for dinner once we arrive in New Mexico. Wish they were open 7 days a week!! The owner was a very nice lady 🙂
