My business getting very upset because of this store doesn’t care doordash orders. I picked 10 to 15 orders daily from here . They always pull me over and make me wait more then 10 minutes from pick up time and sometimes no one look i m standing wait to say my order . One old lady with glasses very disrespectful . Food doesn’t pack well and no cup holder provided for doordash. Bathroom always closed. I work 10 hours everyday around this area . Everyone just playing each other and doesn’t look doordash orders tab . Manger also doing same thing and doesn’t care my complain

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell on earth. I could literally drive to Safeway, buy the ingredients for any menu item, drive back home, prepare the thing myself and it would STILL be ready faster. They desperately need more staff.

The last time I went, I walked through their unlocked open door at 12.57am. They closed at 1.00 am, I was told they were already closed. I asked what time they close for verification for later. The employee just kept repeating herself saying sorry we are closed. Without acknowledging or answering my question.

There’s a problem with my order but they fixed it promptly. I mean like within less than a minute. I ate inside that day. It sucks that there’s no drive thru but it’s a nice seating room and a decent view of this major intersection. There’s no TVs or entertainment but there’s a lot of art on the walls that is kind of neat

There was only two people working during the time I was there. The young guy was very helpful however his manager was on phone and people was waiting to order and she wouldn’t get off the phone. She was on a personal call. She may have been on break however she could of acknowledge the people in the store. They guy couldn’t ring any up and you had to use the self check but it didn’t have the new menu items.

I purchased three items for over $27 dollars at the drive up. I drove home only to see 3 tacos (which I didn’t order.) I had to drive back with gas almost 7 dollars a gallon to get my order (someone else received a very nice order for almost free) the guy took the tacos and my receipt he NEVER said sorry. I didn’t say anything until I received my order (so they wouldn’t spit in it) then, I said gas is expensive, I had to drive hear again, aren’t you going to say sorry? He just looked at me, sorta said sorry….not good enough and, each item had almost no meat.
