I had a beef chimichanga platter and a kids’ chicken quesidilla. I didn’t know they put rice and beans inside the chimichanga. That took away from the cheese and taste of the beef.

Me and the Wife and kids were looking for somewhere to go after the children’s museum in Sun prairie and chose to come here and boy oh boy did we pick right! What a great place to sit down and enjoy a great meal, with super friendly staff, helpful and accommodating, I was very pleased with my order and so was my family, my kids ate a bunch of there food my 6yr old ate all of her food! And my 4 and 2 yr old ate alot as well, very pleased with the speed of the food coming to the table, the chips and salsa were great tasting and glad there were refills had two kids gabbled the first bowl of chips and salsa me and the wife are the second, my food was superb I had fajitas supreme with chicken shrimp and beef it was outstanding! Everything was cooked so well it was delicious, I will definitely be back for more meals on the menu especially seeing my kids eat as much as they did made me very happy!

Tuesday Fajitas for 2 people or 2 days…your choice. No reason to deviate from chicken and pork today…kitchen was hummin’ and could taste it after parking. Asada is a quality upgrade. Dining room includes chips and salsa. Another day Guimo’s hit the spot. Thank you for being a part of this community!

I had the steak tacos with beans and rice. The tacos were delicious. It reminds me of tacos I had at Madison’s taqueria on Park Street. I usually not a fan of beans and rice because they have no flavor. However, these were excellent. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for Mexican food.

Menu and ordering to the north, seating to the south. Plenty of parking, as seems to be the Sun Prairie custom. Very clean place. Like, super clean. Staff members were kind and highly attentive. Food was great and you can tell it’s fresh. Didn’t see any alcohol for those of you who prefer drinks with your meal.

First time here. Very friendly staff. You order from a menu and pay first like you’re at a fast food place but it’s not technically (we were a little confused on how we should tip at first. We did on the receipt in the beginning and after our meal because the lady was great and accommodating). It’s a super fast and efficient restaurant. You sit down, then they bring you out some chips, salsa, sauces, drinks and your entrees. The ladies were so sweet last night! The food was great! My husband’s burrito and my chimichanga were HUGE! It was nice that we could just leave when we were througg since we paid already! No waiting for the bill! Thanks for a nice, quick bite! Will definitely return.

I went here a few times and have generally been impressed, so I recommended that my coworkers go here for lunch after a meeting. Out of the 8 of us who went, all 6 people who ordered chicken got food poisoning that night and through the next few days. It wasn’t just a stomach ache, it was explosive… To say the least, I was awfully embarrassed that I recommended Guimo’s to my team.
