Loved the vibe, the staff, the food, and the coffee. I was a little intimidated by the unfamiliarity of so many combinations of ingredients and took a while to get the hang of the menu. I had to try the waffles. So delicious and satisfying with a unique nutty, earthy flavor and a crisp and fluffy texture, with a delightful creamy topping and fresh fruits. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area.

Stowaway Kitchen is a great little breakfast gem. The food is unique and tastes amazing while the atmosphere is absolutely perfect. You will more than likely need a reservation but as long as you have one you will be seated quickly. They have a ton of options for various dietary needs and that is all clearly documented in the menu. It’s easily one of the best breakfast locations in Denver!

I’ve loved this place for years, their to-go bento boxes got me through the pandemic. I’m thrilled to keep going back and try all their authentic delicious Japanese offerings and baked goods. Feels like escaping for little slice of world culture in the heart of Rino.

This was a delicious meal and would totally come back! Came with a group and everything was good, but mine definitely stood out. The batch brew coffee was absolutely amazing with such complexity that I totally savored. Unintentionally picked the food pairing with the coffee — the colorful Colorado — and it was perfect. Loved the pickled radishes with the eggs and the vinegar powder on the potatoes. And so pretty too! Loved all the artwork in the space as well. Can’t wait to come back when in town!

Super cute and vibrant brunch spot. The juices are deliciously fresh and the dishes will leave you happy until a late dinner! The karage chicken sandwich is HUGE and spot on in taste. The oyakodon — chicken and egg rice bowl — made me want to lick every drop! Be ready to wait though. The hostess mis-entered or didn’t save our walk-in waitlist entry, so we didn’t get called after 35 mins (30 min estimate). She recognized us and apologized when we asked how much longer and sat us immediately. The food was slow to come out for everyone, but it was worth the wait.

We had a lovely time at Stowaway! We did get a reservation in advance but it didn’t get busy on the Wednesday we were there until 9:30. We got the cheddar scone, blueberry waffle and one the the breakfast sandwiches – everything was excellent! Highly recommend!

Checked in around 11am on a Saturday and endured an expected 45 min wait. The food was very good. The vibes were on point. The drinks were fine – nothing special but definitely appreciate the sub $10 prices. I wouldn’t wait for it again, but I honestly can’t complain. We did completely forget to grab goodies from the pastry box on the way out, however that wouldn’t warrant another star. 4 out of 5, respectable, affordable, vibey, and legit. Nothing more.

I want to first thank the employees of stowaway. I encountered a minor problem during my visit, and I believe every employee handled it in a very professional way. I’ll tried the berries and granola, the japanese asagohan (breakfast), and a flat white. My favorite part was the Japanese asagohan! Be sure to add the seaweed salad! A great addition to the bowl! The atmosphere was very nice.
