Last pizza my husband got was PERFECT albeit a little cold!! I think it comes down to the day & who is working. Sometimes it’s great sometimes you don’t get your pizza with the extras your order & pay for this day he did..so check it before leaving.

I would give 0.stars. pizza crust thick on one side thin on the other side. Both side the dough underneath the toppings was uncooked. Slimey gooey. Counted 8 small pepperoni slices maybe 3 black olives very few mushroom 6 small slices of ham on 2 slices none on the rest of the pizza

This is the first time we’ve had any issues with this location. I ordered online through the app and my husband went to pick it up and had to wait at least a half hour after getting there to get our food. We ordered 4 pizzas and 6 ranch dipping sauces. My husband finally got 4 pizzas, 2 of them were wrong and we didn’t get dipping sauce.

My daughter went in to pick up an order. The male worker asked what do you want as they where apparently busy with taking apart a machine on the front counter. She replied with I need to pick up and order and told them the name he then shoves the order at her and ignored any other questions. If this is how customers are now treated at the joshua cicis I can drive to alavarado to Mr Jim’s.

Arrived a hour before closing. Receipt is time stamped 8:58 pm. The lights above the oven were turned off and the table to the side had chairs stacked on top and a rug, giving the illusion it was closed. We sat in the car to look at the hours of operation- closes at 10pm. Two employees looked out the window and glared and rolled their eyes at each other. As we walked to the door they ducked behind the corner. The woman that took our order (I am assuming her name was Mireya according to the receipt) continued to glare when we asked if there were any “ready to go” pepperoni pizzas already make. She looked at us like were crazy and said no. We ordered one large pepperoni pizza, the wait time was only 10 minutes. We decided to wait in the car instead of standing awkwardly by the closed off table and to get away from the glares. While we waited the glares and eye-rolling continued. The other female employee would even pop her head out around the corner to look at us only to share more hateful looks with the one that took our order. Pizza was still good and the wait was fine but the customer service was unprofessional. If serving customers is such a bother maybe work somewhere else? There are plenty of other pizza establishments that won’t make you feel like an inconvenience.

So I’m not one to usually call and complain when I have a mess up with my food. But I wasted nearly 50 bucks for some very sloppy pizzas and garlic bread. I’ve called and left messages and asked to speak to a manager, not once but 3 times this week. Each time I do, I’m told I will get a phone call and resolve my proble. No phone call or anything yet and I still have yet to get it solved. Hopefully this review will get the manager or owner, someone in charge to reach out. I’m new to Joshua and have never been so disappointed in cicis before. I even have my receipt still.
