This is my favorite spot for birria in Amarillo. The meat is always tender and the flavors robust. The consomé alone is a treat. Orders come out quick and the service is great. There’s plenty of parking around the truck. I recommend the quesabirria and the birria ramen. This is a Must Try spot.
