This is the Duncan to go to. The inside is clean everybody has smiles on their faces and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I definitely want to point out Carlos was amazing although my purchase was minimum he did you know give me insightful information as to the fact that I could add salt and pepper to my bacon egg and cheese wrap which by the way enhanced it greatly with a little butter. I had no clue that I could add seasoning to my sandwich. Again it was refreshing to have superior customer service during these times when you don’t have good customer service at all nowadays. However I will go out my way to come to this Duncan from here on out. Thanks guys for the best customer service ever!

It’s 6:20 pm on Friday night and we decided to go to Dunkin for a sugar rush. To our surprise we walk into Dunkin’ DONUTS and there was not a single donut in the case. Not one. Love their coffee, but seriously the name of the store contains the word Donuts.

This location needs help bad. They close at different times everyday. Today was 4:30pm yesterday was 5pm. Go to the drive thru and no one says anything even though they are inside. And supposedly the drive thru is open? This is the worst location ive ever been at in my life! The worst customer service. Go find out yourself!! I dare you!

At this point, I don’t know why they haven’t just closed their doors for good. This location ALWAYS disappoints. Service is ridiculously slow. Going through a drive-thru should be a fairly quick process but be prepared to wait atleast 15mins for the most basic order. I have tried on multiple occasions to get my coffee from here but they actually make me run late. The other day I drove in (3 cars in front of me) ordered an iced coffee…craziest thing, they said they were OUT of iced coffee..at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The only thing they could serve was espresso drinks. I’m sorry, isn’t this a coffee store??? BREW MORE. Now I’m stuck as cars have pulled in behind me so I order an iced latte instead. 30 MINUTES is how long I had to wait to get that beverage. They can barely serve the items on their menu (see picture attached). They consistently close well before posted hours and it’s just sad at this point. You really do have better luck driving a few minutes out of your way to a different location.

I’ve decided to write this review after MULTIPLE issues with this location. Half the time the staff seem out of it or like they’re confused. Today I ordered one chocolate, one glazed donut, and a water. They managed to give me the wrong donuts (I was the only person there) and I had to drive back through to get my straw. When I came back the second time the guy didn’t say anything and just handed me a straw and shut the door.
