Service staff was great, very attentive and polite. Ordered half chicken as did my husband. His was fine. Mine was put down in front of me and had blood running out of it. Sent it back, turned off but ordered a soup. Yup they took the chicken off but charged me for the soup. No manager ever came over to address the situation.

Our family stayed at the Mountain View Grand for three nights. We enjoyed dinner at the Harvest Tavern two of the three nights. The first night, we ordered tomato and burrata salad, shrimp scampi, french onion soup and cedar plank salmon. The other night we enjoyed the charcuterie platter, the pork chop and ordered the shrimp scampi again as it was such a hit a few nights before. The views from the dining room are spectacular and the service was attentive. The drink menu is inventive and the kids options allow for a variety of sides. The kids especially enjoyed the “dirt” cups.

Coffee cold, toast not buttered and had to ask twice for butter. Potatoes well seasoned and tasted great. Definitely needed a chainsaw to get through steak and eggs were not cooked. Uncooked white slime in over easy eggs. Asked for decaffeinated coffee hoping to get hot coffee, but it was cold too.
