My first Arby’s experience was a hit!!! Matt the manager was an absolute riot and handled the rush like a pro! Loved my buff chicken wrap with curly fries and as strawberry lemonade to wash it all down! That’s a fantastic first experience! Will definitely be back! #wehavethemeat

Well the bathrooms and the resturant itself were very clean. Staff looked like their dogs just died and they did not want to be there. Service was horrible. Quality was,,, well,,, its Arbys. Here is my beef and cheddar. Beef had a decidedly grey hue to it. It did not taste bad but it certainly wasnt terrible. You literally get what you pay for

Food was great. Wish fries were a bit more hotter. Place was a bit messy, but that would be expected after lunch. The staff seemed a bit distracted. No one smiled, although polite. Service was quick. Love the new product especially since I’m not a fan of roast beef.

The place was clean looking and the employee although was vegetarian working in a meat serving restaurant was nice but other than that the food was terrible!! Arbys has always served fresh hot food but everything here was served cold! My husband noticed the employees don’t wear gloves when handing the food and his burger wasn’t cooked all the way and was pink and cold inside! Disgusting!! I won’t suggest eating here unless you want food poisoning and cold food.

Two times in a row I’ve ordered a beef and cheddar. Neither time was there any cheddar. Why? Why is it so difficult to put the cheddar on the beef and cheddar?? Twice now I’ve payed for something and did not receive it. This is obviously my last time going here. Thanks guys.

We never like to leave negative reviews on any restaurant whether fast food or dine in…but the food is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, The portions are small and it’s all big Bun bread…where’s the beef. I Guess it’s back to Chick fil A down the street. We work to hard everyday & will not be wasting our money here anymore….

Restaurant was clean and modern looking. The service was quick and friendly. They serve up some good sandwiches. But the star of the show is the curly fries. They also have a good variety of sauces to choice from. The drink sizes are massive, as well as the amount of fries. A medium was more than enough to fill me up.
