I’ve loved happy Joe’s Canadian Bacon Pizza since I was a kid and always make a trip when I come home because you can’t find it anywhere else. I was so sad to visit on my most recent trip home and find they no longer do the square Canadian Bacon. It was very sparse and thin sliced Canadian Bacon. Not the happy Joe’s I remember and definitely not as good.

Happy Joe’s Pizza is always top-notch! This time we did take and bake so that I could bring it back to my family in Minnesota. Just remember to bake it on the paper that they send with it The crust gets the best that way. You get all the toppings on the side so everyone can add what they like to their pieces. Taco pizza fresh at home, I was the best mom ever.
