Gave one star bc the girl was nice that took our order. The pizza and cheese bread was awful, I don’t know how anyone with brains thinks it was ok to have this leave with a customer. We waited 27 min when I was told 10, so I expected it to be fresh. Well it wasn’t , it was dry and hard. That definitely isn’t a good combination. For $35. I mean i get it it’s not top rate chef skills that are required but at least learn how to cook the only thing that is sold most at this pizza place. I guess it would be smart to check pizzas before leaving this place.

Horrible experience at this georgetown location. Ordered on line, confirmation stated pickup time 5- 5:05pm. Came to location at 5pm. Staff couldn’t find my order. Told me it would be ready at 5:38. I told them that was unacceptable. Staff said because it is a deep dish pizza they take longer, still unacceptable. Received pizza at 5:15pm.

Marbach new Little Caesars the breading was thick, hard, dry and not enough cheese the pepperoni was good. when we told them they wanted pictures and receipts which we provided they replaced the pizza but with a bad attitude. We won’t go here again and go back to Potranco. Buisnesses should appreciate feedback so they know who’s messing up on duty.

Waited for over an hour was charged incorrectly. Had to go back get refunded and then wait again. Once I got home it was the wrong food. We ordered a cheese and one sausage and got a pepperoni and sausage. It’s almost been a week and still have not received my refund. Hopefully it was processed correctly.

It was pretty busy Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. I guess people like me were wanting a break from the turkey day prep work to eat something as far from turkey and dressing as you can get…pizza? It was hot and tasty too. There is much better pizza out there but it’s nice to try them all every once in a while to know how they stack up against each other. Once we got it home I added some parm, jalapenos and ranch dip to help it along.

Food is always as expected or better. Service is amazing at their job. The atmosphere is where things go a little down. This place needs a more parking-friendly area. With such high traffic it be nice to have paved waiting zones. For customers and employees having to walk it.

The pizza was fast and great value! However, the poor girl at the front was having to work the counter and run food and none of the other coworkers were willing to help her. She definitely looked exasperated and exhausted already and it was only 4 on a Saturday.

Order took over 25 minutes from the time I placed my order, and I was told to park in the back of the building and person at the cashier took my vehicle information and I was “forgotten” about had to walk inside after 30minutes and look for my order. Was told it would be ready in 5-7 more minutes. I was not happy.
