The young lady in the drive thru tonight was polite and respectful, our food was was exactly how we ordered it, our order was taken quick and accurate. Who wants to pay $12 for the least expensive combo (3 small rapid-fire, poorly-constructed tacos and drink)? They deleted their last, one and only reasonably-priced $6 combo. Now, all combos are over $10.. One small regular soft taco costs $2.68 with tax. The “dollar menu” items are now $2… A half-full pouch of (air-puff) fried cinnamon twists is $2.90? It’s the minimum wage raising prices in Massachusetts. The same combos in other states cost half… The lazy, entitled, millennial, booger-eating employee throwing your food out the window is the reason the prices have doubled. They’re making minimum $16/hr. Soon to be $20 but they’re not worth $5/hr . Dine elsewhere or better yet, make your own, it’ll be cheaper and healthier . These fast food joints are pricing themselves out of business. We won’t return—-not that we “can’t” afford it, we refuse to pay it and support this ungrateful business and their smug employees.. It ain’t worth the indigestion.

Customer service was nice however my food was messy … not normal Taco Bell messy but I was looking forward to my Mexican pizza which looked crazy, broken up before I could dig in…every time I’ve been to Taco Bell this is what I get and it was off the menu for a while … now everything was good … the food all was hot and I was gettin to the business ️until I pulled the long a*s black hair out my darn mouth ( ) …. Oh and I have braids so 1,2,3 not it(me) !!! Worst taco bell I ever ate at in my life been here multiple times and they never give you meat in your food all vegetables and fillers even when you mention it if they don’t have the meat for they meals they need to close the place down at this point it’s ridiculous I wish I could give them negative stars

The wait was incredibly long. We we’re in the drive thru for almost 10 min and the way the draft it was built you cannot leave the line once you’re in it it is blocked on the sides. So when you have an extremely long wait time like we did today there’s nothing you can do about it you just have to suck it up and wait. The value of the food was good I thought. We got the cravings deal which was enough to feed and drink three of us it had a 5-layer burrito a Cheesy Gordita Crunch which was a chalupa wrap with a crunchy taco inside of it, a crunchy taco and an order of cinnamon twists with a drink for only $5.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!! I ordered and paid about $45 first I was ordering and in the middle of my order the guy just stopped taking my order and i wasn’t even done, I was told my four supreme nacho tacos and my two chalupas wouldn’t have tomatoes on them because there to far of reach, I can’t receive a receipt due to the paper then I get home and I’m missing two items go back get one item and notice I was missing 1 more when I got back I realize I was actually missing two items RIDICULOUS I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN VERY MESSY AND UNORGANIZED!!

Not too sure why Taco Bell can’t be bothered to place a drive through menu where the people in line can read it. Instead they have a single menu facing the order box. It’s not like they have a simple easy to use menu system with numbered items or anything like that. People can’t start planning their meal out this way until they are already ordering, this delays the order and inconveniences everyone behind them. The food here is otherwise good, the place is clean and other than whatever manager can’t figure out the drive through a decent fast food place to stop at.

Pretty good taco bell. I usually hit this one when im going to visit family in West Side. They are usually quick and the staff are decent not rude not overly friendly. And the best part is they have not messed up an order yet.

I was delivering across the street, in a semi, so I walked over and found the doors locked. So I went into the drive thru to the window. The people inside wouldn’t open the window to speak and just walked away. Finally someone came and opened the window to find out I couldn’t drive in the drive thru to make my order. So they said come inside, which I let them know that the doors were locked. Overall, bad experience. Bad customer service. Terrible communication. And borderline rude.

Typically my experiences at Taco Bell, specifically this one, are positive and appreciative. Tonight there must have been some kind of system shut down, as I waited over half an hour for my food to be prepared. From what I understood, there were trainees working, but that does not excuse that kind of delay for fast food prep. Besides the wait, there was no apologetic behavior from the staff of any kind, as if 30 minute waits are a norm. Hoping for the next visit to be better than the train wreck I experienced tonight.
