This experience was awful! 35 minutes to get through the drive thru. We even ordered ahead with the app. One of our sandwiches came out with a croissant instead of an English muffin and when we went back in to fix it they said they ran out of English muffins. Would’ve been great if you had told us when you gave the food. Coffee is not up to DD standards. We go to Dunks often, all over the place, and the inconsistency across the brand is really frustrating.

I don’t know if there’s new management but the coffee is really weak now, I have been coming to this Dunkin for two years, it’s never been this weak. For the past few weeks I have asked them to remake my coffee every single time I come because it literally doesn’t taste like anything but water and cream. I ordered a large ice coffee today and went from my normal amount of cream to ordering it with TWO creams and they tried to give me a WHITE ice coffee. That’s ridiculous. If I wanted creamer I’d go buy a bottle from the store. So they remake it, now it’s darker but still doesn’t taste like coffee. They’re clearly using less coffee grounds in order to cut costs. I stop almost every day after dropping my kids off at school for the past year. Today is the day I have decided to never go back. I will go to Wawa instead. It just isn’t the same as it used to be, not even close.

Multiple times Ive gone and they literally had no donuts. This last time i ordered they sent me 6 when i paid for a dozen, and none of the donuts i asked for. I asked for common donuts like glazed and chocolate frosted. And you didn’t have them?

One star because you have to give a rating. I decided to go to this location because Wawa was experiencing a water issue. I ordered two avocado toast slices with bacon and a power breakfast sandwich which has turkey sausage. Girl at the register has zero engagement and customer service skills. Fine, its early morning. The order on the power sandwich had bacon on it…wrong. The avocado slices with bacon almost had none on it like they were counting pieces. Didn’t offer a bag or napkins (dispenser was empty) for my items, I had to ask. Like it was a “let me just get done with the order” approach. NEVER going here again. Stay clear if you’re trying to get your order correct or expect a smile. They need to be re-trained.

I ordered 2 medium Hot Lattes and they gave me 2 cold drinks with a very bad smell. I inform the employee of the situation and she hands me the cups again with the same bad smell but a little hotter. I asked her why the state of the containers and she told me that she simply reused the same containers but the Cafe was new ♂️

The car in front of us sat at the window for 10 minutes not concerned at all that there were cars waiting. Unfortunately, when I pulled to the window the employee stated with sincerity those were the rudest customers he ever served. So for the unfortunate experience of waiting 15 minutes in a drive thru, it was ok. However, it wasn’t necessarily the employees faults.
