I have tried out several Mexican restaurants in NorthWest Arkansas. Panchos is by far the best Mexican restaurant around. Great country location in Goshen. Great salsa and dip. Great burritos. My partner likes the Enchiladas. The staff is super sweet and work very hard. They are always busy cause it’s so good, so get there early on a Friday night 🙂

Food was too salty, no real Mexican flavor, the “hot” salsa was milder than taco bell medium salsa. We have tried 3 times to like this restaurant, it has failed us each and every time.

I requested the Panchos Special. The first bite was overwhelming with sodium. After leaving the restaurant, I experienced nausea and headaches which lingered until the next morning. Not sure if I can go back.
