So sad that the fries are NEVER fresh/good Can we get some new management to make the food quality/cooking better. I’ve been living in Terrell for over 2 yrs and the fries have never been crispy. Wings have been okay. I feel like every time I order I receive old fries, and my fam loves wingstop Not trying to bash just being honest. I know we have mostly teenagers working here, but something got to get better please !

Ordered for the first time and better than most Wingstop’s, my order was correct. Phone order was fast and it was Saturday night and it wasn’t that busy. Drove to forney and food was hot and fresh still. I loved. Girls were friendly at front. 6/3/23. Will return.

I am a visitor from out of town, so when I went in the young lady ask if she could help me, I told her to give me a few minutes to look over the menu. So she was standing in where the others were cooking and she was on her CELL PHONE just standing there she never came to help me after I had been there for almost 10 minutes or more and none of the other people helped me either. My thing is no one should be on their phone they should be working. I not go there again unless it is better managed.
