When we arrived for lunch we noticed a buy one dish get one free promotion. My wife and I ordered dishes that were both 13.99. So we asked the waitress to confirm if the 2 for 1 deal was going on and she said yes. My son’s pizza was great, my ravioli, though delicious was lukewarm and the cheese inside was basically cold. Staff is young and not very friendly but whatever. Our waitress barely came around and we had to get her attention a few times because we were done and just sitting there waiting for her. We stacked our empty plates hoping she’d take them away when we noticed more than a few empty tables with the previous customer’s dirty plates still there. Finally my wife gets up to find our waitress and ask for the check. The check comes and she did not discount the one meal per their promotion. I mentioned it and she walked off with the bill, came back with a corrected receipt and we left. I’m waiting for the correction to appear in my bank account which as of now it still reflects the incorrect amount.

Just went here and it was the best decision of the day. Erin was awesome. She was pleasant courteous and most of all present. My raspberry ice tea was damn good . Definitely coming back here. Thanks for a great experience Erin and please thank the kitchen staff for the awesome food that they sent out. All the gears worked together to make a flawless experience better. A++

They were very friendly and allowed our service dogs to enter. Their pizza is delicious but I didn’t care for the Hawaiian pizza. Normally it’s my favorite but it had BBQ sauce in it. I like BBQ sauce but it just didn’t taste right with tomato sauce. Their garlic parmesan wings are AMAZING!!! wings were super hot in temperature and the flavor was so good… Best I’ve ever had!

Our family LOVES Bertucci’s. Their food is so good and never disappoints. This trip, this was true as well. The staff didn’t seem overly enthused to be there this night, but I understand why. It was uncomfortably hot when we first stepped in the door. It was very uncomfortable while we ordered and began to eat. We noticed other diners perspiring as well. It was not a good experience. We packed up our food halfway through eating, just to get to the air-conditioned car. I hope this was a one-time event. It really wasn’t enjoyable at all.

This was one of the best dining experiences EVER. Melissa was attentive, knowledgeable, and charismatic! The food was great (the portions are very large) and Melissa’s service was the icing on the cake. The only downside to the evening was that it ended…Thank you Melissa and company for making us feel right at home! We had a “wicked pissah with Melissa!”!!!!

Evening/dinner service Thursday June, 16th. Pizza, 1/2 pep half cheese and kid’s spaghetti. Atmosphere was nice. I suggest leaving a shaker of oregano on each table and crayons with kids menus. Waitress was friendly and helpful and should be recognized by management in a positive way. Thanks.

Dined here a number of times. Food has always been great and good quality. Service is always great and attentive. This specific time I was dining in the air conditioner must’ve been malfunctioning because it was stuffy and hot. Noticed even the staff was bothered by it, and were out of control of fixing the temperature.
