Our business began as a food truck first company, and has since developed into a thriving storefront in Enumclaw, Maple Valley, & Bellevue Washington. Tried this little pizza place out to celebrate my oldest son’s birthday. Pizza was so good that I nearly forgot to take a picture. Excellent staff and customer service. The young man who was working on the 14th was absolutely outstanding. Definitely worth a visit for some PNW Pizza. We will definitely be back soon.

I happen to come across their food truck and order a few pizzas. The staff was very friendly. The pizza was made fresh to order and smelled amazing. The size for each pizza is 10″ starting at $11. The entire family enjoyed their personal pizza and look forward to them coming back into town.

I do not like pizza. I usually refuse to eat it because it is just not my favorite. HOWEVER, I actually love Cascadia Pizza. The portions, ingredients and flavors create a truly unique & delicious pizza experience. The Big G is the best thing on the menu!

They Are
This is a gamble on whether or not you’ll get a good pizza. Sometimes you can lift the slices right out of the box and to your mouth, and other times, they’re overtopped, over cheesed, dough too thin, the center is rubbery, undercooked, or completely uncooked, and floppy. 30 dollars a pizza for undercooked dough? Turn the heat on that oven down so you’re cooking the middle of the pizza through. Woodfire is tricky.

II watched your young employee handle himself with incredible grace and patience. He was able to calm down this man that was unhappy with life and seemed to be taking it out his frustration on who ever was in front of him. I found out after that his name was Jake Andrew. Service was exemplary and pizza was fabulous. If you are reading this far…you should be eating their pizza.
