I was super curious about their hours, I didn’t see anything from the outside, and I have come when they are closed, unfortunately. I think originally it was 24 hours, but maybe due to staffing, the hours changed. Which sucks because they are close to the freeway and a 24-hour fitness. So i did the labor for yall and submitted that request for change, at least until posted otherwise.

Great McDonald’s restaurant. The bathroom is always clean and has toilet paper, and the restaurant is always clean and all items such as straws and drink tops and holders are always available. They don’t charge for extra sauces and the staff always friendly and helpful.

Its McDonald’s so you know what to expect. I can say this particular McDonald’s needs a face-lift and repaved lot. Drive thru is okay a bit weird to maneuver and careful not to smash into the metal posts near the pay point.

Went on New Year’s Day for breakfast. Service was really slow but they were not to blame. Apparently someone didn’t show up for work and they were swamped. The middle aged man at the cash register still had a positive attitude and was friendly. I didn’t see his batch otherwise I would have mentioned his name here. However the people in the back including the management were mocking the Asian customer in front of me. To Hispanics any Asian they see is “Chino” (Chinese). I heard “el Chino”… “el Chino” this… “el Chino” that… So they were abusing the customer amongst themselves: In other words the staff was very disrespectful of the customer and he didn’t do anything to set them off. Whatever they were saying it just wasn’t an appropriate word to be using in open public. It just looked like it was a customary thing for them to do. As a matter of fact I have seen this type practice carried out in multiple locations within the McDonald’s franchise. It’s more like a culture and it needs to stop. Sadly the people who move up the ladder are people from the same batch. Sadly, it’s unlikely they will change anything.
