When I arrived at Oath Pizza in El Segundo, I was immediately really excited to try the Banza Chickpea crust and the vegan cheese. You can either build your own or go with one of their craft pizzas, and you watch them build your pizza right in front of you – Chipotle style. I went with the Muffled Trushroom and they were able to sub out both the cheese and crust to accommodate my different dietary restrictions.

Oath Pizza in El Segundo greeted us with its doors opening promptly at 11 AM. It was an exclusive VIP guilt-free day, and being invited guests, the excitement was palpable. Allie was attending to a phone order when she warmly welcomed Bri and I as the very first walk-in customers of the day. She quickly retrieved a printed list, ticking my name off and handed me a customized pizza for my visit.

The vegan gluten free pizza is delicious! The gluten free crust is really good, with a yummy taste and texture– I can also tell it’s made with better quality ingredients. Also, I really appreciate the super kind staff here- they really care about making your pizza the way you want it, and they really put a smile on my face.
