For the hype that this chain receives in Chicago, I was very excited to be able to get a reservation on the same day in Las Vegas. However, the food was underwhelming. The atmosphere was great – beautiful decor, lively, friendly, even romantic, staff was knowledgeable, attentive and polite.

In a city of amazing experiences, this restaurant rises straight to the top. Truly a lifetime memory. Every dish is perfection. The sequencing is so well thought out, balancing richness with lightness, sweet with savory. Presentation was nothing short of artwork. And the team of chefs conducting the show are so engaging, funny, and knowledgeable. If you can get a seat, go. Immediately. Few culinary experiences on the planet can compare to this. Full stop.

A unique experience of culinary delight by a handful of talented chefs. Who wonderfully explain the process all surrounded by an intimate setting. Creative and tastefully inventive. Hands down a bucket list to check off if you have a list to do ever in your lifetime. If you’ve ever watched science of culinary methods, they’ve implemented many processes that I thought I’d never have the chance to experience. Make sure you take someone special because it’s something to experience and look back on.

This place is really delicious. We got the lobster paella (soooo good) and pretty much anything that had a little emoji next to the menu which said it was featured on a show. Everything was fantastic.

Agree 100% with all the 5 star reviews from 1+ years ago. We dined here last night and can attest to the same caliber of exquisite dining, and “show” experience. FYI the photos are still accurate of today’s dishes. My favorite part (aside from the food) was the remarkable service. The team is so professional, approachable, kind, and attentive. There were several different food allergies at the table and it was phenomenal to observe the chefs’ meticulous attention to detail while ensuring everyone was fully included. One of us had a serious fish allergy, and the chef made these little spheres that looked EXACTLY like the caviar the rest of us were having–incredibly impressive and thoughtful. Zero pretentiousness here–made for a fun and relaxing evening. Such a memorable experience, definitely worth it.

Went here for an anniversary dinner was warmly greeted and congratulated by all staff. This is a tapas place and the plates are small but shareable. I think people don’t realize size of the portions when ordering so be warned. Food was great and beautifully timed. Staff was attentive, knowledgeable, offered great suggestions. I highly recommend the paella of the day. I would return 10/10

We got the patatas bravas (fried potatoes with tomato sauce and aioli), setas salteadas con pure de patatas (sautéed mushroom with an egg), verduras asadas (grilled vegetables), gambas al ajillo (shrimp sautéed with garlic), chorizo casero (grilled chorizo in an olive oil potato purée), and rossejat negra… or not! (paella with toasted pasta, sepia, shrimp, and squid ink). The atmosphere and service are superb. I would definitely recommend all of the dishes we got except maybe the grilled vegetables and the shrimp dish. Overall these two were flavorful but there was nothing outstanding about grilled vegetables and the shrimp dish was overly salty. My favorite was the squid ink pasta paella. We were also pleasantly surprised by how good the potatoes and the mushroom tapas were!

This was, hands down, the best and most unique dining experience I’ve ever had. I am so happy my partner and I were able to come here while visiting Las Vegas for our elopement. I can’t say enough about the food and service. Every course was different and surprising; nothing I can write can adequately describe how truly interesting each course was – from presentation to taste, I was constantly delighted. The service was incredible. The chefs were friendly, funny, and answered all of our questions while painstakingly assembling each beautiful course. Although I skipped drinks, the sommelier was also great.

Wow! Such a delightful evening, full of inventive tidbits that were just delicious. The service was seamless and a part of the experience. Oh and the wine pairings – I suggest you splurge for the global. Oh and the wonder bread sandwich will have you wondering what the bread is.
