I love Jimmy Johns. I order from this location a lot. They are usually so so fast and the food is always good. Today I had a bad experience with delivery. It is graduation on campus and I figured it would take a bit longer, but my order showed up 2 hours late. I ordered a BLT and when my food got here there was no B on it. That being said, I do love Jimmy Johns and this location always does a great job! Just one bad experience today.

I love this location, the managers and employees are super kind and the restaurant itself is always in pristine condition. The food is also super quick too, the delivery is also super quick, I have never had my order arrive more than 5 minutes late. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Absolutely not impressed. We had to repeat our order in the drive through MULTIPLE times which was frustrating and then waited for over 5 minutes for our order to be given. Sandwiches were messy and not cut. Don’t plan to come back. Need better training

I got the #13 and it was tiny and tasted gross. The bag smelled gross when I got it. At least the #8 was good. This place is clean, but has a weird smell to it especially when you go inside. They definitely need some air fresheners up in there.

Dedication to the trade. Honestly, I made a foolish decision and placed an order at 10:58, not realizing that they would be in the process of closing up shop for the night. After placing the order I realized they may be closing and found that they had. I relinquished myself to the idea that they would not be delivering this evening. No harm, no foul. My bad.
