Place is closed and when open has Great chicken only problem when you pay extra for a chicken breast they cut the brest in 3 peices and you only get one 1/4 of the chicken breast but they charge you for a full breast that’s why we go to KFC full size breast. But not same taste as churches Texas chicken. So get with it give us a full breast that’s what we are paying for.

I went through the drive through and asked for a spicy 5 piece tender meal… the young lady ask me if I want a #3 or #4 the difference being the amount of tenders which I already stated. Red flag #1. I go through the order and get to the window. I apologize and ask if she can add 5 jalapeños She says you can get an order of 4 or 8. Confused I say 4. She charged me for jalapeños bombers. Red flag #2. I look in the box and see not the 5 chicken tender pieces I paid for but only 3. Red flag #3.

When we showed up there were about 5 or 6 cars ahead of us. Line moved smoothly and we had a food in a very reasonable amount of time. No complaints at all. Staff was friendly and hooked us up with lots of extra ketchup.

Attempted to pick up an order and wasn’t successful due to both female employees working were sitting and eating instead of getting the orders ready. Could not go in do to store doors being closed. Because dinning area is currently closed. Lazy employees and extremely bad customers service.

Ordered 20 piece spicy ALL spicey what do I get about 70percent regular. Made the call to tell them the mistake she said bring it back will be glad to replace girl please I live 20 minutes away and tired. Thank you but no I don’t want few chicken just ask you to be more attentive to my order next time.

Ordered a family meal 16 piece with 3 sides. The sides given is Not for a family it is geared for a single person. It cost to much for less. If it does not change I will go elsewhere. Or just order subway at least I would get a sandwich worth the cost.

This place has the worst service. Went through the drive through, and a person spoke and didn’t even bother to take my order. Next, I walked in to give my order to them and you see employees talking and not servicing people on a timely manner. 2 cars waiting outside for food. I went in to give my order, I asked for the #5 bonless wings, and the cashier didn’t bother repeat back. He took my total. After, her told my meal was ready I rechecked my receipt a d meal, it was in correct. He rung me up for 3PC meal. He did offer to change, I express to him know, they had done enough. Sometimes in business it is okay to be complacent but for the right reasons.
