I went at 11 AM on a Thursday hoping that the food would be hot and fresh. I got a combo plate with fried rice, pineapple chicken, and Mandalay chicken as well as an order of crab wontons. The chicken was warm but the rangoons were not. The crab rangoon tasted pretty good despite being cold – I tasted garlic but no crab, which is fine by me.

I ordered the 9.99 combo and they tried to charge SEVENTEEN DOLLARS to my card because the guy made us choose a drink and appetizer with it and then got mad when we said we obviously don’t want it if it is seven dollars extra, we asked for the 9.99 combo. They put the crab Rangoon back but just made us get the drink and pay for it. The Mandalay chicken tasted nothing like the sample, it was totally soggy and weird. Booo.

I came to Mandalay today and ordered the $8.99 plate and spent $15. When I ordered my food, I asked for WHITE rice. She dug in the pot, realized there was no white rice and then went to the back to get more. Then she put the rice onto my plate and handed it me. When I sat down to eat my food, I realized that my rice was COLD. I then got up and told them that my rice was cold and they tried to offer fried rice when I wanted white rice. I asked for a refund and they told me no because they would have their manager for that. Complete waste of my money and time! Will NOT be returning.

The mother or older woman was nice but the 3 young ladies were very mean and rude. If I could give it no star I would they are very much racist. They act as if they fear African American people to the point of hate. They also short us or gave us the stale food while giving the whites fresh food . Got less food than the white people for more money also.I was nice about it but I will not be going there for business ever again.

Crab Rangoon is pretty good but the Bourbon Chicken has enough salt (or MSG?) to put the Dead Sea to shame. I can feel my body swelling up just looking at this stuff. Forgot why I wasn’t a fan of this stuff last time, great reminder to not eat here again.

Ramen Bowls are advertised but absolutely no mention or photos of fish unless ordered with it. Absolutely unsafe for someone with seafood allergies!! Very disappointed.

My husband purchased two plates for dinner. Upon arriving home my husband sat at the dining room table to eat his food. I went downstairs, shortly after when I came back up he was vomiting up all of his food.He had a roach inside his plate.

The ramen is ok-ish, taste mainly like sesame and ginger, the boiled egg isn’t marinated. The broth feels kinda greasy and oily, I could not drink it. I would stick with getting the plate of food rather than ordering the ramen. Their boba tea is good though

The meat didn’t resemble meat; the fried rice was very bland; the noodles tasted dirty; and the crab Rangoon was just unseasoned cream cheese… Not a spec of anything remotely flavorful. I NEVER throw away food, always finish my meal, and Im the least picky person I know but I literally couldnt eat this and had to go buy a second dinner elsewhere! I won’t be coming here again. I wish I could purge myself of the bites I forced myself to eat and have my time and money back. It’s that bad.

A decent amount of chicken per meal. I will say that the spring roll was on point. Otherwise it was a good meal for the value.
