This location ranks high amongst other Flame Broiler locations that I have been to. On a busy Monday lunch hour the staff was able to move the line of customers at a good pace, for just a small fee I got a huge amount of extra vegetables with my order. Everything was properly cooked and seasoned and seemed fresh too. I great heathier option for lunch if you are in the area.

The last two times I’ve ordered postmates from this place, there was something wrong with my order. Either missing sauces or the wrong meat. Chicken isn’t beef, yall. If two companies are profiting off me, please get my order right. That’s be great. Thanks.

This is by far my favorite Flame Broiler. I truly enjoy eating food from here, if I’m choosing to go with a combo of: (take out chain restaurant + their style of food). The spicy Korean chicken here is always cooked on point, and tastes good (haven’t seen it offered at many other locations) and it is pretty spicy imo. But, the best part about this particular location is the magic sauce cups. 1) they are bigger – two cups is usually enough for a bowl, unless you want your food literally swamped in it, and 2) there’s something just a little bit better/more tasty about it. You might think, “it’s a chain, therefore the sauce must be the same everywhere…” I understand that you are saying, and you could think that, but I think you’d be missing out.

I ordered one beef bowl all rice with avocado. I ordered on half n half with veggies and no avocado. Somehow I ended up with TWO half and half bowls, one with no veggies and avocado, and one with veggies and no avocado. Went back to get my order fixed, they wanted to retake my bowls and simply shift things around. Gave me extra veggies and avocado, but went home and found the wrong meat in them. How does someone mess up an order that bad? Ridiculous. Tried calling and of course the line is busy so I can’t speak to a manager….

One of the first ones this morning and not knowing Jeremy had me waiting a usual amount of time which I expect. But all I saw was some light lollygagging going on once I got up and approached the counter to observe one of the ladies began to make my bowl and asked what I was having inside. This is a total inconvenience hands down. Its cliche in so many levels. I did not even got an apology even after I caught them redhanded not taking my order seriously. I worked at a couple fast food restaurants and once customers orders came out from the kitchen they come out. Im so upset coming here.
