Don’t order for pickup! They will mark your order as complete and have you waiting an extra 20 minutes to start making your pizza . You’re better off waiting in line. They also don’t put all the toppings on your pizza . Very disappointing. I had my heart set on &pizza today and my experience was ridiculous. No apologies. No money off. Of course when you pay on the app there’s nothing you can do after you submit your order. I came around lunch time on a Wednesday. It wasn’t busy. Just lazy workers! Had I not paid ahead of time and had I been able to cancel I would have stormed out but since I paid and they marked it as complete there was nothing I could do but wait over 30minutes in store for them to START my order

The team here is so kind and helpful when trying to make decisions. In the end I always just pick all the meats, veggies, cheeses, and sauces but I’m thankful for it ALWAYS being delicious. The sodas are different but great and the Chocolate Rice Crispy treat knocked it out of the park! Enough for 2 or lunch and dinner.

I had a bitter sweet experience last night. Bitter because the guy who made my pizza was not in the mood..Sweet because JO saved the night.. I can say the place was short staffed last night considering the Latina couldn’t speak English and the white guy couldn’t speak common courtesy or customer service… But Jo came in and resolved the issue with great ease and positive energy. Jo was genuine and did damage control, turning a negative scenario into a positive one, skills of a true leader.

There were three gentlemen working, and the Afro American guy was doing all the work. He was fixing the pizza when they came out, Uber eats, ringing up payments while the two white did little or nothing. Asked was he the manager, and Greg, the white guy, walks up. I asked him why he didn’t come up to assist the line was long, and he was placing pizza dough on those mettle racks. I went to the car and looked back he went back to doing nothing. Greg needs to be removed from that position.
