Over half of tables were obviously dirty @7:00 on a Thursday with no customers inside, okay but when it took them 20 minutes or more to fix 2 sundaes, a blizzard, a milkshake & totally screw up a banana split that is ridiculous!!! With 4 people working you all need new people and those people need proper training!! 5.99 for banana split that was mostly ice cream melted from sitting on counter waiting to be completed not from the toppings!!!!!! The Saddest DQ visit ever!

Had a bad experience here this afternoon no one would take our order over the speaker after telling us to hold on. There were 2 cars in front of us that left. We waited another 15 mins and trying to get someone on the speaker so we went to the window. The guy acted like he didn’t want to take our order. We’ve been waiting for 20 mins now for 2 blizzards with no end in site. Very disappointed we’ve been here for almost 45 mins now

Usually good, but due to the lack of employees they had to close the lobby early; they were very nice about it and allowed my family and I to finish our meal before having us leave. The dining room ice machine was broken, and my burger was so-so not the hot and delicious that I’d normally expect!

We are new to the area and this was our second time visiting this location. Both times they were short staffed and made us wait at the drive thru speaker for almost 20 minutes without even acknowledging we were there! At the window I heard the manager tell the drive thru employee that it’s almost 9 o’clock so we will just start telling people we are out of ice cream, it was 8:40 pm. They had us park for 4 blizzards. We ordered at 8:40 pm. Its 9:12 pm and we just now got our blizzards! Asked the gal what took so long and she said their ice cream machine keeps messing up. Seriously??? Maybe the health department needs to be notified. Dairy Queen has always been a favorite of ours, but sadly this location is a disaster. I ordered a small blizzard, a large sweet tea, a large fries and a side of nacho cheese. I pulled up to the window paid for my food got my blizzard was told to pull around to the front.. I sat in the parking lot for about 20 minutes. It was almost time for me to get back to work so I left. I called they told me it would only take 2 to 3 minutes to cook the fries I spoke to the manager she told me to come back and they would have it ready.I still didn’t get my sweet tea and it looks like I got a small or medium fries instead of a large. I would only go here if you are getting ice cream.

The employees at this location are not in a hurry about anything, taking orders, making food, cleaning or caring for the customers. One of the employees bring their child to work, this kid runs around the store playing music on a phone, dancing and wrestling with the employees and throwing condiments at each other. Today was our second visit this week to this location and wow it is really bad.

I waited 15 mins for a order and had to call the store to see why I hadn’t received my food and they said I canceled my order and said I didn’t want to wait what a joke and then they told me I could wait back in the drive thru to be able to re order my food !!!!!
