Food truck with ample parking and picnic table spaces for dining outside. Great location since you can get breakfast and get coffee from airship coffee. You get a large quantity of food for your buck. We got the fresh Prince and the hillbilly Benedict. Be aware that some things on the menu sell out. Their eggs look and taste fresh. The ham on the hillibilly Benedict was moist and not chewy. Hearty breakfast to keep you satisfied for hikes or hiking adventures.

Really good and kind of a deal considering how big the servings are…I ate it at 10:30 and was so full I didn’t need lunch or dinner. The biscuits themselves were of a higher quality then I’ve had at bakeries and restaurants in the area.

Absolutely the best biscuits I’ve ever had. I don’t know how they can be so big, but also the perfect texture and flavor, but I’m here for it! We had to visit the truck two days in a row to try more options. Everything – top notch! We had the Dr. Jones, the steak and egg, and the French toast sticks for our first venture. Second round was the madness, garden hash, and second round Dr Jones. Perfection!

It’s a great food truck. Located right next to Airship coffee so you can take your food there to eat and get a big variety of coffee drinks to enjoy. I got the Hillbilly Benedict and my wife got the hash Gordon. Both were really good. Nice portion size and pricing. If you like breakfast food, put this on your list!

I’m not a big food truck guy and that’s probably because I haven’t been enough but my wife heard great things about this place so we went for a Sat Breakfast. AWESOME FOOD. I will return and this is a MUST to try. Now you’ll say, what about Buttered Biscuit. Yes – also very good but that’s when you want a large menu offering. I read so many positive reviews about Delta Biscuit Co that I decided to give it a try. The staff is friendly and professional. There was plenty of parking. They have a covered area with picnic tables if you choose to eat there. I chose “ The Hillbilly “. Y’all!!!! I can’t emphasize how wonderful it was. The biscuit melts in your mouth. There was an abundance of moist ham that was perfectly cooked as were the over medium eggs. The gravy! Delicious! It was large enough it could be shared! They also care about the small details. I got my order to go. The to go container was not flimsy. The plastic knife and spork worked well!! Depending on where you are coming from you will likely deal with detours due to construction in the area. IT IS WORTH IT! Next time— and there will be a next time— “ Mr Jones” I’m coming for you! 5 stars! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

The food here is always incredible! We never wait too long (less than 10m) and the seating space is nice. Service is hit and miss, sometimes a bit rude and sometimes super pleasant. But the food is worth it!
