I can’t even count how many time I have ordered for delivery from here, its becoming my daily stable . The food, the ingredients and everything are so fresh every time I got them delivered (I’m really sensitive and picky towards strong fishy smell that indicates unfresh fish but I have never have that experience from poke poke). I always get the stuff in the picture added below and it’s the best, you guys should try that. Since I have only gotten delivery from here, I cant say much about the place and the service but I can say for certain that the food is a 10/10, order basically 7 times per week and have not gotten any bad poke bowl. Another thing I love about this place is that they use paper bowl (at least for delivery I’m not sure about in-person order) and also vegetarian options.

This is my last visit. I absolutely love the food, but I don’t understand how it takes so long to make bowls with ingredients that aren’t cooked. I expect long wait times for cooked food, not raw. I ordered ahead of time for pickup. Arrived 30 minutes later, only to have to wait another 10 minutes for them to prepare my bowl. Why order ahead of time? Then to top it off, they didn’t have ingredients I ordered. Turn them off on your online ordering system if you are out.

Food was great, nice choices and the dinning area was clean. They have make your own bowl or signature bowls. Boba tea and mochi ice cream. Miso soup and a rewards program. Catering available. This is a chain that has many other locations around Michigan and 2 in Florida. Only thing I have to say “bad” is my server was at a 1/100 for enthusiasm or just happiness, it really seemed like she would rather be doing something else or not there, she was not helpful and was very short with her answers, even though it was just myself and wife in the building.

Delicious -but a bit pricey for what you get. I tried twice just -but prob will not get again. There is not a lot of poke meat for the price -this said, the flavors are wonderful. The citrus ginger dressing is wonderful -the eel is a little thick, rich, and too sweet for me.

I’ve ordered delivery many times from Poke Poke. The prices are comparable to everywhere else in the region ($15-$25 per meal) and portioned well. Problem is they mixed up the ingredients in our bowls. Luckily neither of us were allergic to anything either of us ordered, but I would have preferred to have what I ordered sent correctly. If I were at the establishment I would have expected both to be properly remade, but with delivery that’s exceptionally more difficult. It tasted fine but wasn’t what I wanted thus not five stars.

The fish was really dry and the fruit and vegetables (except for the cucumber) tasted very spoiled. The pineapple straight up tasted like it had started to ferment.

My first time visiting Grand Rapids and this place was awesome! The girls working behind the counter were SO kind. The food was fresh and tasted great. I even forgot my receipt and Haden reprinted it for me when I called up there. They went above and beyond for me. I’ll be back!
