I’ve been in this place several times, even brought friends there when they’ve stopped in town. Place is always busy, has a good crowd and I usually see some of the same faces every time I stop in, they definitely have their local crowd. They have something different going on every night which is nice as well. Wait staff is always friendly even though they seem to always be busy. They also have a fairly large menu so there’s plenty to pick from. The quality of the food is kind of hit and miss though. I use to really enjoy their pizza but the last couple of pizzas have been quite gross, (it’s pretty bad when I don’t finish a pizza). I’ve had better pizza out of box. My wife had the Chicken Alfredo awhile back, wasn’t sure if there was any chicken in it but was pretty sure it had been cooked the day before. Not sure what has changed but in the last year the food coming out of this place has been getting progressively worse. Use to enjoy stopping by but I think for now I’m just going to keep on driving by instead.

Went in this place for the first time with a couple friends. Food was adequate although not exceptional. The service was good we were met and our orders were taken in a timely manner however there was a slight wait for our food. It appears to be a good place for a quick bite and is basically a sports bar.

Never again will I ever eat at the rising crust as our pizza wasn’t cut the the lady who took our order was absolutely rude and when we picked up turned the pizza completely sideways and when I called and spoke with a manager he proceeded to let me know it was our fault that the pizza wasn’t sent out that way not worth $25 for ONE pizza

Flavor was ok.mushrooms were non existent about 6 small sausages pieces on half and pepperoni were weak as well thin crust was underdone all the whole the other pizza at our table was perfect and looked good, but wasn’t mine. Taste were good but a weak pizza . 22 dollars for a 8 dollar pizza. Service was great. Atmosphere was nice but lifting needs to be turned down a bit. Not sure if worth another try. Sad because all the other food I saw looked great .

We will never eat at this place again. We asked for extra red onions and mushrooms on our pizza. We were charged $2 for each request and saw only a couple of onions and mushrooms. We asked our waitress about it and a disheveled young guy, looked like he dressed in his pajamas, came to the table to say that he “personally” watched our pizza being made and that there were definitely “extra” ingredients. He offered to discount the extra cost 50% even though he assured us that the pizza had extra! We asked to speak with the manager and he said he WAS the manager!! Explains a lot! Basically called us liars when there are only a couple of onions and mushrooms visible on the pizza! Not complaining about being charged for extra toppings, just about being ripped off and accused of lying.

We were at Rising Crust for Music from Austin Bohannan and Gary Nichols. The pizza is very good, but expect a wait. They also have good drink specials every night. Go early for happy hour, or later for the music. Either way, you win!
