Second visit and we took another couple for a birthday. The catfish was excellent again. The staff was friendly and attentive. You pay at the counter and I like that the tip jar has a note that tips are shared with the cook staff as well as the wait staff. We will definitely return.

We drove past this place then turned around and ate dinner. WOW … This seafood is fresh either to buy per pound or they cook it for you to dine in. The prices are very competitive. The employees are very polite and seem like they all are family and care about there customers. The owner is a friendly fella and says that he loves his employees… He also said that they make most everything from scratch. Make sure to try the sauces… We plan to go back next week for gumbo!

Great place! Is really busy, but still great service. They forgot one of our meals because of how busy it was. When they realized they took it off our bill and sent extra home with us. Super nice people! Highly recommend eating there!

Everything was good until I got up to take my daughter to the rest room. Come back to find my table being cleared by a waitress. The food was fresh and hot so we were letting it cool so she could eat it. But other than that everything was clean nice and the whole staff was nice. When this happened it was close to closing time soooo I sorta understand but still. We had another 2 hour drive left ahead of us and I passed two other places to eat here. 4 stars because food was hot, service was well, and super clean. Definitely would go back and not leave my table lol

The food and friendly, quick service was a breath of fresh air. I was very pleased with the crispiness of my fried selections and the ease of peeling my boiled shrimp. Furthermore, the gumbo was some the best I have had outside of The Bayou. I wholeheartedly give the restaurant 5 stars!

First time visit tonight. Fried shrimp was hot and fresh, crispy. Fried and hush puppies were also fresh and darn good. Wife had catfish fillets and said they were the best she’s had in a long time. Mother in law had frog legs and enjoyed them as well. Great service to top it off. Will definitely be back soon.
