I was in the area with my friend and neighbor and went to several places in the shopping center. At the last minute, she decided to go to Five Guys for a burger. The person who took our order was very friendly, cordial and patient with me because it has been a while ago. The order was freshly made and very filling. Very nice to eat there but a little pricey. It was well worth it!!!

Five Guys have the best burgers and fries. They are a bit pricey, but good. We went to the Fairfield shopping center location. It was busy during lunch rush. Friendly service. There are many options for toppings. The amount of fries in a small order is enough for a few people. The burger was seasoned well and cooked the way I wanted.

Don’t go often because they are expensive. Taste good, but on the pricey side for what it is. Last 2 visits including tonight’s they have gotten my burger wrong. Tonight it was loaded with raw onions when I asked for grilled. Last time my burger had mustard on it and I didn’t ask for mustard. Called last time and let them know, they said bring it back and they would make another. Stopped on the way home to pick up burgers because it was convenient. Not so convenient if you have to get back in the car and drive back to get your order corrected. Tonight I didn’t even bother to call. I will think twice before I stop again.

I haven’t been to a Five Guys in a LONG time… now I see why. The burgers are outrageously overpriced. But one would expect them to at least be amazing, especially with all the toppings [available] I requested. Sadly, the flavor was on the bland side… just lackluster. This definitely won’t make the return visit list.

After our food we wanted a single milkshake. Walked up. Ordered it. Easy day. But. It’s infuriating I had to wait 10 minutes just to have the staff figure out they didn’t start my milkshake yet. But called out the order as if it was ready. Made a good experience not good.

Service was great! There were very attentive to one of my 4 sandwiches, being a lettuce wrap for my daughter with gluten allergies, and only one person made her sandwich from start to finish, and placed it in a separate bag. Others worked on the rest of the order. But the food was subpar, especially for $73.26!!!!! The fries were over cooked and well overly salted!! The bacon for my BLT was so overly cooked, it lost its flavor and crumbled apart into more powdered pieces. I also ordered extra lettuce for the same sandwich, and there just a normal portion of lettuce… For $73.26, I thought the quality would be better. I didn’t sample the burgers because they were made from beef, and I have to limit my beef intake.
