I ordered here through Grub Hub and was appalled to find a HUGE clump of hair directly on the top of my meal. This did not appear that it could have been accidental at all. I will not return, and would not recommend this store to anyone else either.

Banging food and good portion sizes. Some chipotles use a micro-icecream scooper for the guacamole, not this one. This chipotle used a proper huge spoon and gives a real serving of guacamole and all the other ingredients.

I would literally give this location a 0 if I could. I have been ordered from here for a while, both Delivery and Pickup as well as going in and placing my order in person. The ONLY time these “workers” can seem to get an order right is if you stand there and WATCH them. I’ve ordered the same bowl every time pretty much and about the only consistency THEY can manage is to get it wrong. I order a Steak Bowl, Pay for the Extra Steak, and order extra Rice, extra Cheese, and Extra Lettuce, as well as Mild Salsa. If I can open my Bowl and see the bottom of the bowl, how is that even CLOSE to even a normal serving of rice? Tonight, I ordered the same bowl AND a order of Chips and Queso. At least I got the Queso. No chips, and once again a bowl that is subpar. Half the time when I walk into this location to do a pick up, (unless its peak time) the employees are just standing about talking. You mean to tell me that my Order, that I spent the extra money on was taking too much of your chit chat time that you couldn’t be bothered to get it right?

Food quality was very good. Received our order very quickly via door dash. Only complaint is that I feel that digital orders do not get the same quantity of portions as that which you receive when you are there as they make it. We have started paying $5 extra for double chicken yet our bowls still seemed under filled.

Trying Chipotle for first time. I got to the store about 8:55pm and since i didn’t want to spend too much time just staring at the menu displayed in the back. I downloaded the app, sign up and start ordering. Whenever I place my order just took 10 min to be done, since i was outside already walk in and as promised my order was ready without hassle. Love the easy way to order online and just pick your order without having to get in line. The cauliflower rice is really good. Happy to give them a chance. A little bit pricey for the portions. They still get my recommendation for people who hasn’t tried yet. Customer service is great the establishment and tables looked clean and with the proper social distancing signaled.
