This is my favorite restaurant in Martin. My favorite dishes are hot and spicy chicken, black pepper ribeye (I get it with hot and spicy sauce), and shrimp with garlic sauce. Chicken on a stick dipped in eel sauce is a very good appetizer. Shrimp fried rice is also soo good! You should add mixed vegetables and ask for hot and spicy sauce on the side to put over the shrimp fried rice to kick it up a few notches. I tried the new rock shrimp appetizer tonight. It is very similar to bang bang shrimp. Very good!! I always order wonton soup and vegetable egg rolls with pretty much any meal I get. If you’re not in the mood for Chinese food, but everyone else is, the chicken strips and fries are actually really good!! Can’t forget the top notch sushi. You can’t find sushi like that around here. I can’t say enough good things about the food. The owners are amazing people. Henry and May make me feel very welcomed every time I come in. They have become great friends of mine. They really care about their customers. They work really hard!

While visiting Martin we ate at Hunan Palace. We had Hunan Shrimp and Sweet and Sour Chicken. We enjoyed both meals. We ate on the lunch menu. Enough food for a lunch meal with affordable prices. The Hot and Sour soup had the right combination of spice and sour.
