Pillow bread with roasted tomatoes was absolutely incredible. The pizza and pasta were both excellent. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and everything was well balanced. We will be back!

My partner and I had dinner at Tappi recently. When we arrived we were promptly welcomed and seated. We had the special of night which was a pepperoni pizza in the firebrick oven and my partner had bolognese and I had the spaghetti. All the food was delicious. We didn’t try their house made bread but we were told it was one of their best dishes, so perhaps next time. After finished eating the pizza chef came by each table and asked how the food was. Overall it was a fantastic visit and left us with a impression of a welcoming small town vibe. Would return again.

Sat at the bar and watched John prepare the most amazing food! Truly a delight in every way. Food was incredible service was so impeccable. Can not even believe that such delicious food was made in Twisp WA. The most amazing food my husband and I and have ever had! Spur of the moment anniversary dinner that blew both of us away!

Our favorite restaurant in the northwest! Handmade pasta, Cucina bread is truly unique and worth every visit! The food is rich, sauces subtle, and the Gigi pizza or Bianca my favorites! If you are expecting American pizza, it isn’t that! If you’ve ever been to Italy, this is the closest we have ever found in the states!! Reservations are easy to make (leave a message and they’ll call you back, even). Can’t wait for our next meal there!!!! Ignore any negative reviews if you like exceptional authentic Italian food!

Hidden Gem in Twisp! My boyfriend and I were visiting Winthrop and drove over to check out this quaint little Italian restaurant and we were blown away. Our waitress could not have been more helpful, the food was excellent and the experience start to finish was excellent. We enjoyed some homemade pasta and the special- a giant Ribeye from a local farm. All was amazing down to the dessert! Highly recommend visiting!

Menu features homemade Italian pastas and sauces. The star dish is the pillow bread with chevre and sun dried tomatoes. Yum We have never had this dish before and I would drive all the way back to Twisp just to have it again! Next time would try the brick oven pizza. Excellent attentive service!

My Carbonara was the best of the groups dishes and it was okay at best, but at a crazy expensive price for noodles and bacon. My wife’s salad literally tasted like soy sauce for dressing. And my parents pizza was tasteless. Service was okay, waitress didn’t seem like she had ever done her job before, but somehow you knew she’s been doing it awhile. Wouldn’t recommend.
