Unfortunately here we have another chain restaurant that is struggling to keep employees and sacrificing food quality in the effort to save a few bucks. The problem with this is that it is always at the customers expense. I have always liked the chicken fajita pita from here but the last four times I have tried to order this menu item I have been told the employee that knows how to make it isn’t in today. I always thought that everyone is trained on how to make each menu item. It’s not rocket science by any means. It’s grilled chicken stuffed in a pita shell with lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese. They have discontinued monster tacos and the cheddar bacon wedges. Seems like when they have anything decent they are sure to discontinue it. All of these places have raised prices exorbitantly but lack quality and customer service to justify the increases. I don’t know if this a look into the future of our post pandemic world or if things will ever go back to anything that resembles years prior. Locally all of the fast food restaurants are in a real struggle. They are being forced to cut store hours because of lack of staff. They are being forced to accept less than desirable employees because no one else wants to work. All of it is creating mass confusion. Customers don’t know when these places are open or closed and will only make so many attempts to eat somewhere before they quit trying.

Waited for awhile before I was even acknowledged at the counter because the one worker that was in front of me was talking on a personal phone call via apple airpods. When I was kind of acknowledged, I wasn’t sure if the employee was talking to me or the person she was on the phone with. 2 out of the 3 workers were dropping the F-bomb constantly & loud. Terrible experience! The employees need some serious in-depth training in customer service

I went to this location at 12:00 am this morning, When I got to the drive thru window I received the wrong order and was charged for it accidentally because the car in front of me pulled out of the line. I was charged 8 dollars and some change. I gave the cashier (dude with dreads) a 20.00 dollar bill. I waited for him to come back to the window with my change (he never gave me any change or a receipt) so when he came back to the window he gave me the correct order and was hoping that I forgot about my change and receipt. I asked how much was the order he told me 19.99 for 2 ultimate cheeseburgers. I gave him the food back and asked for a refund. He gave me the same folded 20.00 dollar bill back to me so that shows that he tried to pocket my money. He was looking salty before I pulled off but nothing was said. PEOPLE CAN REALLY GET HURT BY PLAYING WITH PEOPLE’S HARD EARNED MONEY‼️ I HOPE IT DON’T EVER HAPPEN AGAIN BECAUSE IT’S GON BE SOME ACTION IN THAT BIH‼️ I PROMISE YOU‼️
