Ordered early dinner around 4pm. I Pan Pizza and cheese bread. They were done in 20 minutes and came out looking great. There was a rogue chunk of pineapple but..my boyfriend can eat that!

Look folks, domino’s has changed, its grown up since being your stand by in college. The pizza is delicious and rivals any of the local places around here and it’s priced better. The app is very helpful, the website makes ordering easy, and the folks at this location were all smiles and awesome when I came in to pick up my order.

We keep ordering from here out of sheer laziness but just can’t do it anymore. The quality of the food has gotten so poor that it isn’t even justifiable at this point. I don’t know why, but for some reason they never put garlic butter on the crust anymore. It was annoying at first but has become unacceptable. Also the pizza is never cut right. There will be a couple huge pieces and then these teeny tiny things. Makes no sense. Its almost like they train people to do a bad job. The taste of the food itself has also gone downhill considerably. The best I can say it’s tasted in the past 6 months is meh. Other times its been inedible due to extreme sogginess and/or complete lack of flavor. The employees have always been nice and delivery has always been spot on for us, but it’s obvious that there are some serious quality control issues happening. Can’t give this business any more of our money.

Placed an order several hours ago. Got updates all the way through saying driver was in my neighborhood. More hours passed. I still never got my order. It was then canceled and I pretty much went without dinner because it was too late to get food elsewhere. Deliveries in the past here have always been poor quality anyways. Used to be a loyal customer. Gotta order elsewhere now.

One of the delivery drivers almost hit me in the parking lot. I was trying to back into a space to go and pickup my pizza when he came flying in behind me and almost hit me as I was backing up. Instead of moving he just honked his horn at me. When I confronted him in the store he did not apologize, he was very rude. Also, I showed up at the start of my pickup window but they had not even begun to prepare it. I canceled my order and went elsewhere. 1/10 do not recommend this location!

Got my order ~2 hours after order was placed. App kept saying driver was around the corner for more than an hour. When the driver showed up, said there were no other drivers around and had to come in from 45 minutes away. Had around 7-8 deliveries in the car. Always ordered from here but service has been bad on more than 1 occasion now. Called the store and no one would even pick up to clrify the situation.

Stopped by after work craving something sweet. Google says they’re open until 12 and the door was open so I walked in. I was shouted at “we’re closed”. Confused, I asked why, I thought you were open until 12. A tall ish black man replied with “we’re only doing delivery”. I also work good service so I can understand but a sorry would have been nice. A customer doesn’t deserve to be shouted at like this. 10/10 would not recommend.

This location was hit or miss a few ago. But now they must have new management and found great employees that actually care and want to work. My order is always correct, fresh and delicious. Also my apartment complex is a nightmare (building numbers don’t make sense and aren’t lit up) but the drivers are great, friendly and understanding. Totally worth the price and worth leaving an extra little tip.
