Had a great experience at Around the World Gourmet. I tried a number of different specialty pizzas and wings. Everything was excellent, it looked amazing and tasted better. The Paw Paw Wings were my favorite. The owner, Jennifer, and her staff were excellent hosts. I loved everything about it.

Only get the pepperoni rolls ot enough filling if you ask me. They have sign that says they have soup but most of the time they don’t. Overall good people working there and they do their best to be quick and efficient. The rolls are good though.

Lady with blonde hair tuned me and 6 guys down at 9 am this morning saying they don’t open up until 10. Clearly says 9 on the door. When asked she yelled and got belligerent. Don’t go here!

I’ve gotten food from this place a few times now and the quality is super inconsistent. Recently, I don’t know what the problem is, but it seems to be going down. For example, the meatball sub has absolutely no flavor. The sauce tastes like pureed tomatoes only, the meatballs taste like they don’t even have salt, etc. The pizza was much of the same. Flavorless sauce and not much else. I’ve gotten things there before that were pretty good, especially the buffalo chicken roll, but even that has gone down in quality. It used to be very flavorful and tasty, but the last time I got it it tasted like shredded chicken breast wrapped in pastry with a few drops of Frank’s Red Hot put in. Just a few drops. It’s really unfortunate.

The Ruben pizza was pretty good would have been better if I remembered to have extra 1000 Island on the side but my mistake, but the bread sticks where lacking something indeed. Very greasy and not alot of flavor for the price you pay. The taco pizza was my least favorite. I’m not sure why it didn’t set right with me but the taste was very strange and I ended up not finishing it.

They have sign on door face mask required, and their own employee’s don’t comply. This used to be a very respectful neighborhood store where you knew they respected everyone and could always count on good friendly service. I’m very disappointed that the owner allows this to happen and I will definitely take my money to another small business that abides by the law. Plus this is not the first time I’ve been in the store and have noticed the don’t comply and last but not least, they have a clerk that is very rude and refused to wait on me for wearing a mask. She needs to loose her job.
