2nd time coming here. Repurchased the Chicharron Cup. The presentation of the cup is beautiful. Guacamole was fresh. Taste of the chicharrón was good. This cup is sold in 24oz ($10) and 32 oz ($15). Make sure you bring cash; their was a sign that said cash only.

NO Cards. They take cash only. They mentioned a payment app, but I had cash. The food is amazing . Service is excellent. Taco combos are enough for one person. Tacos de carne asada are the bomb . Chicharron is amazing.

Could use better service for customers, young lady at the cashier is rude. We asked questions and all she did was point to the food. 2nd time trying to buy from here (since it’s been highly recommended) but we just walk out due to her lack of attending customers.

Terrible customer service. No one acknowledges you when you walk in and I went in and the cashier/ front lady wqs taking orders from the people behind me in after I was waiting like 20 minutes in line. So what is the reason for the line if you ignore the people who are there before? Very disappointing, especially after the drive. If you still want to try it, I recommend bringing cash. I’ve seen where they took one lady’s cashapp but the other comments say strictly cash or they ignore you. I took my business to another place where I know the customer service and the organization are excellent.

Their food is good, but the wait time is horrible. We have gone twice and it took over 40 minutes for one order of chicharron. There is only one person working and obviously they need more help to assist their customers

During my initial visit to the establishment, I encountered a situation where the front desk appeared unstaffed. Consequently, I patiently waited for approximately 10 minutes, hoping for assistance. Drove across all of Brownsville to try this place. I arrive and ITS CASH ONLY. I ask the man if there is any other way to pay; this man did not even turn to look at me. He continued doing what he was doing, said “no” and barely acknowledged me. Bad service. Bad experience. Will not be going back. Sad because the few people who have tried the food indicated it was good. But with that service? Not even a “hello” or eye contact. No thanks.
