Everything was quite delicious. Just not what I’m used to. I’m used to going to chinese and my food be pouring out the lid. Too pricy for the little amount in each dinner. Was going to dine in but they put our food in a bag a decided to just come to the park.

Dear OWNERS: Please note that U have potential to be a top profiting eatery in Marion IF U CORRECT A FEW THINGS. U reduced hours likely due to profitability. Profits are low for reasons. However, IF U go back to ACTUAL MENU DESCRIPTIONS of flavorful sauces, vegetables, even pineapple etc. and prepare dishes accordingly U CAN 100% BE GREAT!! (tasteless pure sugar sauces with varying degree of orange color and breading without meat IS NOT standard). You have raised your prices, yet the QUALITY AND PORTION sizes have dropped drastically. Put your chairs on the floor, brighten up the place. Why not give it a try? You have nothing to lose you’re at the bottom as it is. I believe U will see your ratings and business do a great turn around.

I’ve tried almost every Chinese restaurant in Marion and China Wok is consistently a higher standard than the rest. I ordered the house fried rice, egg roll, and crab Rangoon this last time and I had it delivered. The meal was hot, fresh, delicious, and delivered quickly by a friendly person. It was just what I was hungry for on a Friday night. I definitely recommend China Wok!

Unfortunately, covid has affected the quality of the food. The atmosphere is glum as it used to be a dine in restaurant but now all the chairs are put up on the tables and they only do takeout. The place is depressing and the food is not up to par. The staff is lovely though. They work hard to provide the best service they can.

My wife and I had just moved to Marion and didn’t want to leave after unpacking. We called a delivery order that arrived quite promptly to be honest. The food was awful, the rice was really dry and the chicken was hard and incredibly over cooked… We both got sick after eating their food. Wish we would’ve looked at the reviews.

I’ve been eating here for 6 years. Not one single time was my food “mushy” or too “dry”. It’s actually no different from any other small mom n pop type chinese restaurant, that I’ve ate at. Two adults can easily eat there for $10. Funny how in a town that’s monopolized by nothing but horrid pizza joints, some of the worst in the nation, I’m sure of it, that you find so many food critics. If they only put that much effort into their education…

Ordered the Moo Goo guy pan Combo and a pt of Egg drop soup. Came to $15 for one. I’ll be honest the food wasn’t great it didn’t have much sauce on it at all. The chicken didnt seem to be done. I didn’t call to let them know either. Was more of something quick after spending all day in bed with a hangover lol but the service was quick got to my door within 25 minutes the delivery guy was pleasent as well. Every place is different with the way they make certain dishes.. I wont say i wont try it again… But i will say i wont try that particular dish again. Is a bit pricey though for one person.
