Placed an order online. Paid online and was notified the order would be ready in 25 minutes. Showed up there over 30 minutes after ordering, waited in line (no call/online order pickup line) for about 10 minutes and expected my order ready. Had to wait another 25 minutes for my order once I confirmed I was there to pick up the order.

This location seems mismanaged. Like another reviewer, I placed an order through the app, arrived slightly after the “ready” time, and my order was not ready. In fact, they had not yet turned on the dryers for the day (30 mins after opening time) and were still changing oil after I arrived. 25 mins later I got my food. The staff did not communicate to me that my order would be delayed, rather handed me my drink cup and walked away. 10 mins later I asked if there was a problem, as they still had not started my order. 🙁 Not great for a lunch time pickup on limited time. Why would I bother to order ahead? When I got my order they added extra wings and ranch as an apology, but they were just wasted as I had ordered for my lunch with no way to save extras. Then my brownie wasn’t included in the order, and when I checked, the cashier stated “oh I thought you would have just grabbed one for yourself” ??? No, that’s why i placed an order ahead, so you can have it ready for me. The cleanliness here leaves something to be desired as well, Floor is sticky and kitchen doesn’t seem to be the cleanest. Doubt I’ll be back.
