We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The quality at this location is seriously lacking. I got the cheese champ, one tiny tomato two pickles drenched in mayo. Looks nothing like the picture!! And so much mayo I had to scrape it off to make the burger edible. No ketchup packets for fries, no straws. I would have given it 1 star but the fully loaded fries are always good.

Tomato slice thick as your thumb the beef patties are paper thin this location has went down hill 100 percent I feel bad for the people that have to work here . The property is dirty not well maintained or lite up at night well there was one person doing everything while the other day outside and smoked on her phone honestly it’s gone Getto and Pinellas Park building inspector, Code inforcement needs to step up to this area and health inspection done ASAP everything needs scrubbed down I would be ashamed to own this store and bankruptcy around the corner…..I go back and take more pictures of the parking lot the building the sign it looks closed

I pull up to pickup an order that was placed 30 minutes prior and the only 2 staff members were just chilling outside the restaurant. When they see me walking towards the window they go inside. I tell them I’m here to pickup my order and one of the guys just says “it will be up in a few minutes”. After 10 minutes of waiting, i looked through the window, and no one was in the kitchen working on my order. I look on the side of the building, and both of the guys were just standing outside again chilling. When they see me notice them just standing around they scurry back into the kitchen. One of them goes up to the pickup window and tells me it’s going to be another 8 minutes because they are waiting on the beef. It would take another 15 minutes after that before they hand me my order… A total of over 1 hour between my order being placed, me waiting and then them finally handing me the food. There were no other customers being served during the time I was there and they only had to make 3 burgers and a fry. Overall, I would highly recommend avoiding this place and going to the McDonald’s or Burger King next door instead.

the people who work here are so rude and sound like they don’t even want to work, their customer service skills suck which is probably why this place is going out of business. there was literally no one here on a tuesday afternoon and yet we had to park and wait for our food. this is ridiculous. i don’t usually leave reviews but this place needs to change their staffs mindset or get a new group of people.

I was pulled up in drive thru so they could make my food fresh. When they delivered the food they had forgotten my drink so he ran back in to grab it and gavee the larger size for no charge! Great crew there!

Ordered a triple baconzilla no mayo. Got a double burford with everything on it. Called to tell them and the guy said well it was just missing bacon. I said it was the wrong burger altogether! He yelled do you want to bring it back or not! And hung up.

Just left the drive-through. Drove all the way to my house . Sit down to eat And I have the wrong food . I ordered a #8 Bacon barbecue chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, add cheese. And this is what I get. Not even close. The phone number provided doesn’t go through. I don’t have time to drive back guess I’m out of luck. What a waste. Not even cooked. RAW meat.
