Walked into this to-go establishment to be told that I could not place an order. They said it was due to the storm that isn’t due to hit for 48 hours. (Currently blue skies and sunny). Due to this “storm” the system is down she said. They are unable to communicate with the chefs in the back what orders they are placing in the front. I asked if they could write it down and take it to them in the back, and she assured me that the manager said they could not do that. The cash register wasn’t down just the messaging system to those in the back. The manager chose to turn away business instead of just writing orders down on paper. Sorry, but this managers choices come across as lazy.

The worst PF Changs we have ever been to! We waited for 2 hours before we could order, 45 minute wait time which is understandable since we had no reservations. We waited for almost a hour to even be acknowledged at our table, the waiter showed up then disappeared. We had to bring this to attention of the hostess and she got us a waitress. The waitress took forever, didn’t check on us, and the food was subpar. This visit was a major disappointment! Please provide training for your staff. The hostess was the only competent person. Thank you!
