Thick crust pizza does not taste how it did before which is niw thicker and not “fluffy”. Pasta did not taste how it tasted before red hearty sauce no sausage or pepperoni and will not order again. Having to pay a Service Fee $3.14 and deliver of $5.99 makes me want to splurge on something better.

The “Big New Yorker” special pizza wasn’t special at all. The TV commercials show a pizza with much more cheese than the regular pizzas, and this wasn’t that at all. Disappointing.

These place is the worst. 10 out of 10 times something is wrong (pizza is terrible or ranch dressing is not Sent or forget to deliver the Pepsi). You guys are absolutely horrible. I only continue to order from here because my two daughters love Pizza Hut. No more. We will find somewhere else. You guys are the worst!
