Guy taking my order at 7:11 on 5/29 at the new location could care less about my order didn’t ask any questions didn’t even tell me my total or to pull up. I just pulled up the boy at the window with glasses was pleasant and gave me my food. The food was alright my my chicken was very greasy/soggy like it had been sitting for too long

Went Sunday after church and service was slow and chicken sandwich was overcooked in what tasted like old grease. Husband’s order wasn’t correct and I asked for honey mustard and received ranch for my dipping sauce.

Horrible service. Ordered two extra crispy,piece breast and wing combos. Got to register wanted to charge me 42 dollars. Told them what we ordered and they corrected it. They gave us the order, it was two pieces of dark meat. Handed it back and said this is wrong. Did the same thing again. Third time, checked the top order it was a breast and wing. Had waited 30 minutes since order. Got home and the other was just a wing and dark meat thigh. Neither one of the orders was extra crispy. Will never eat at this KFC AGAIN!!!

I picked up an order here for Door Dash. The order was on the shelf with no receipt/name, the order included 3 drinks. There was one empty cup sitting with the order, I had to tell the cashier I needed two more drinks…she handed me two more empty cups (I’ve only been doing DD for about three months but I’ve NEVER had to make my drinks), had to then ask for a drink tray then had to proceed to the nasty drink station and make the drinks. The counter was so wet and nasty I didn’t want to put the food down while I made the drinks. No excuse for the nasty drink station but perhaps more/better training for preparing delivery orders

Went through the drive through, I pulled up after paying and receiving my items to see that half the stuff was missing. Immediately pulled over and walked inside and told the two teenage boys working the front counter that my order was missing items, to which one respond, “That’s not our fault.” He then turned his back and I had to wave the lady working the drive through window over to get it corrected. Clueless, rude, and probably the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Stay far away.

Came through drive through to order a 16 piece chicken. Wanted it all dark meat. Was told by cashier that we would have to call in to get all dark meat. What difference does it make? So no we couldn’t get it in all dark meat. Smh.. I use to work at kfc and nobody had to call in just to get “All dark meat.” Also we had to give all dark meat if requested. RIDICULOUS! Do better!

Manager “in training”. Unable to give refunds to people who have waited 20 minutes +. Calls the real manager and has a call about money being stolen from the new store by an employee…. In front of customers. Afterwards got smart with me and another door dash driver. Refused to make the drinks for the door dash orders and called us dashers lazy.

1/2 star if I could. Friday evening we ordered an 8pc meal and added 6 tenders to it. We were told it was $44, an 8pc meal on the menu is 26.99 plus tax, then so much extra to add something to it. Get to the window and ask if that’s right because it would basically have been $15 extra for 6 chicken tenders. Guy says oh yeah we’re out of biscuits too. We left. That was the last trip to this one. The menu board prices don’t match what they’re charging. The employees are the same as the old one. Nothing has changed except building and location. Will not recommend and will tell everyone that the food isn’t even good, 4th time trying since opening, and the customer service stinks.

Had a gret pot pie from here. Tasted really good but I had laid the hot sauce to it too spice it up. Service was gret too, very friendly and efficient. Brand hammer new place so the shine still on it for now.
