I ordered carryout but needed to use the restroom. The restroom was immaculate. As I was washing my hands the lady responsible for the clean restroom was in there. Let me say Angela takes pride in what she does and she should. Every restaurant needs an Angela. It goes deeper than the cleanliness of the restroom the way she interacted with me. I will absolutely return solely based on my experience with her. If a manager wants to speak to me directly about this I would gladly give them more details of my experience.

While visiting in-laws, we were looking for a place to eat on a Friday evening. Many standard options were booked, so we stopped at McAlister’s Deli on a whim, and we happy we did. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful, atmosphere was pleasant, and most importantly the food was great. A very laid back and comfortable place to eat. As the name implies, it is primarily sandwiches, so long as you don’t expect more than a great selection of sandwiches, you will not be disappointed.

Stopped by for dinner the other night. I got the Chicken club with county potato soup and it was delicious as always! Although the food was delicious, it took them a little too long to bring our food out. My toasted sandwich was no longer toasty I was too hungry to send it back so I scarfed it down cold lol it still hit the spot

King Club No Mayo No tom. Very simple. I have got this order 3x times. The person in front of me today had an incorrect order as well.. Just need to some better training, I would wait 5 extra min for a correct order

I ordered a delivery of the Pick 2. I chose the Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwich and the Roasted Veggie soup. The Sandwich was bland, 90% bread, and the soup was cold. The only redeemable thing about the meal was the Passionfruit Tea and that was free. The food was definitely not worth the 10$ I payed on top of the delivery fee and tip I included. I will not be eating here again.

Always fresh and delicious they really do their thing with these sandwiches. Customer service is amazing also. Im kind of a picky eater and was nervous about ordering the sandwich as they make it with the toppings. Glad I ordered it how they make it bc it was on point. McAlister’s is a whole vibe! Thanks

I use to eat at McAisters in Blue Ash all the time. This is the second time I ate here on the West side. I ordered a Savanah salad to go. The cranberries were not fresh at all. A lot of them were hard. There was like three times more than there usually are. As you can imagine they are very hard to pick out. This is only part of them.

The food actually didn’t look That great when they brought it out, but it was all very good. We ordered the nacho basket, (added Guac, which was very good), broccoli soup, veggie sandwich, and kid’s pizza bread. Kids meals are incredibly cheap-$3 and come with a side and a drink.
