Horrible experience. Running late for an appointment. They wouldn’t answer the phone so I can order ahead. I got there and the lady at the front didn’t even acknowledge me. Waited 10-15 minutes to see if she would take my order. So I just left. Never going back at this location ever again!!

Absolutely pleasantly surprised! After being off island for awhile, my ‘Ohana and I miss the food so much. We been trying to find one that tastes more like home. We found it! My two fave dishes were straight Nailed! I will be coming back, and frequently at that!!! Mahalo folks !!!!

Ok, if you haven’t eaten here yet, you are really missing out! I highly recommend the chicken katsu with macaroni salad. It’s great food and the katsu sauce is amazing. My son loves the mixed BBQ plate with all rice. I also love the chicken musubi, both katsu and BBQ chicken musubi. Awesome food and great people! Enjoy!

I like L&L but have never been I to this location because of the horrible reviews. I do find it entertaining to sort by newest every couple months and get free entertainment reading how bad the food is and how horrible the service was. Seems ownership changed in 2021 or 2022 and the place went downhill from there.

I’ve been coming here for a while. Usually the service is good. I came here and took food to go. I live in Rocklin. I drove home to find they messed up our entire order. A whole plate was missing and the plate we got wasn’t correct at all. We called and asked for a refund. They told us we had to come back for a refund. So I drove from Rocklin back to get my refund spending my own gas money. I hoped they’d refund the whole thing because of the whole ordeal they put me through (I have a disability so driving is a lot of work). The manager was extremely rude and refused to give us a full refund. We had valid reasons as to why it should be refunded, he still refused. At that point, it wasn’t even worth driving by out for the tiny refund they ended up giving us. It came off as extremely stingy and the customer service as a whole was absolutely horrible. Never coming back here again.
