Waited 3 hours for 2 large pizzas and was treated poorly when I called and complained about my order. After I finally got my food that was sopost to be here 2 and a half hour ago,the delivery driver left the lobby door open to my apartment complex and sped of down the street and woke my baby!

For 40 minutes they were quality checking my pizza. I decided I didn’t want cold pizza so I drove to the store to pick it up. Walked in and 5 people are working and no one greeted me immediately. Guy walks up and says did you already order. I said yes for delivery but since I am here I want my delivery fee and tip refunded. He canceled my whole order! I said is my pizza done, he said im not giving you pizza you didn’t pay for. I said I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay for the pizza just no tip or delivery fee. He goes ok what did you order? I walked out and will never return!

Dont answer phone has some stupid automated machine that doesnt work,when they did answer the phone, i asked them many times i had to call to place an order, i guy said if i was going to be nasty to call another store, poor service,,three calls is too many times for second rate pizza and snoty workers.fyi they sell med and large but pizza is same size,should call it rip offo’s

Ordered delivery last night. The pizza came in a timely manner and was good. It was a bit cold though. Last time we ordered it took 1.5 hours for delivery and the food was cold so I guess it was a step up this time.

The orders took over an hour and half to arrive. The cheese on two of the sandwiches was completely black, and my daughter couldn’t eat her sandwich. When we called to let them know the didn’t answer the phone, and so called from another phone and they just placed us on hold and never answered.

I used to love to get pizzas here but they have a new manager and I’m not sure that he even knows how to make a pizza but the last two times the pizzas were almost unedible. I did fill out an online survey which corporate headquarters and they had the manager call me and he offered me a free pizza but after the experience that I’ve had with the other two I doubt if I’ll ever take him up on the offer. It’s too bad because for the last five or six years I’ve always gotten great pizzas there. The chocolate brownies I ordered for dessert was overcooked as well. This review is for the Domino’s Pizza Shop on Washington Blvd in Williamsport! The other Domino’s I’ve been to still make great pizzas!

Very short staffed. I live 15 min from this store and every time I order it takes over an hour to receive my food. 30-40 min of this is transit time. Every time the drivers apologize, saying they are the only driver. This franchise’s employee management is terrible. Food and staff are otherwise good, too bad they won’t hire or can’t keep more drivers.
