This is a must stop for easy dinning. Every sandwich can be made gluten free and the gluten free pancakes are very good as well. They have daily specials. The service is fast and friendly. They will help with recommendations as well. I would stick with coffee for people on the keto diet. Highly recommended for visitors to the French Quarter. You can walk here from pretty much anywhere in the French Quarter.

I couldn’t find many options in NOLA for gluten free so I was thrilled finally find Powdered Sugar. The cafe was very cute and we had great service. They even helped me with gf breakfast suggestions. I ordered eggs, grits, gf toast and one gf pancake on the side…oh and decaf coffee (also hard to find here). Food was great. Service was awesome. I would definitely come here again!

This place didn’t disappoint! I got the ancient grains breakfast which they were able to do GF. Zeisha was phenomenal! She found out what I could get GF and provided excellent service! She even double checked what was GF and helped with receipts to take back to work. She’s fantastic (and the food is too)!

Very important! They do not have the menu everyone is showing in earlier reviews. There is no gluten free. There is really nothing. It’s actually Holmes restaurant. If you’re looking for gluten free she said they had some bread.

Super disappointed this comes up on Google search as being a great place for gluten-free food and they’ve changed their menu and all they have is gluten-free toast. In the word toast is subjective! But the bloody Mary’s were amazing things.

Very clean and uncrowded restaurant. I absolutely love how your food is served on a wooden chopping board. The food was delicious amd the service was friendly.

The best gf pancakes ever! Order banana foster pancakes which had banana, pecans and caramel drizzle. Phenomenal!

The oyster stew was very flavorful, it did have a slight bitter taste to it but it was still very good. The biscuits and gravy was also flavorful but was salty. I love that you were given a lot. I didn’t like how long it took to get my food when it wasn’t busy. I believe the barista’s name is Lucky, he is so awesome. I don’t know how someone can be so chippy in the morning but he was and he made my experience there quite pleasurable.

Got completely catfished. There is no sit down breakfast and no sign of any of the delicious food pictures. It seemed like a grab and go refrigerated pass through with no real table service or other amenities. Not worth coming from another hotel to check out, but if you’re already staying there maybe you’ll have better luck. The lobby area was also pretty empty. No idea if COVID related closure but no signs or indication of.

This place is a cafe-style restaurant in the lobby of the Hyatt Centric. We made the mistake of thinking it would be good for a quick breakfast on our way out of the hotel for the day. The first day it was busy, and we stood in line for over 10 minutes just to get 2 drip coffees to go. The second day it wasn’t busy at all and we were able to order right away. My husband ordered eggs and toast and I ordered eggs on an English muffin. It took around 40 minutes to get our food. The food itself was fine, but if you’re going to wait that long for your food, there are plenty of other options nearby that give you more of a New Orleans experience.
